The Hook to Loop Adapter allows most operator gun belts with Hard/Hook backing to be utilized on inner belts that normally accept gun belts with Loop/Soft backing.
Two pieces of Loop Velcro are sewn together back to back to create a double side loop piece that cover the hook velcro
