If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the unused product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit minus shipping costs.
Products must be in the condition you received them- with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click the My Account link.
1) Click on ORDERS
2) Click on Return Items
3) Choose Qty to Return
4) Provide Return Reason
5) Choose Store Credit or Refund
6) Submit Return Request
2. Write your Return ID # on the mailing label. All returns MUST be accompanied by an Return ID # or they will not be accepted- the Return ID # allows us to provide you timely and effective customer service.
3. Include a copy of your invoice.
4. Insure the package for your protection and send your return to:

5. Notify us that return is en-route and provide a tracking (if applicable) within 7 days so we know when to pick it up. Failure to do so will result in the RMA request being fortfeited, this is due to people taking advantage of requesting a return and then sit on it for weeks on end to try to "extend" the return window.
5. Once it arrived we will inspect the goods and start the refund/store credit process.
6. There will be 15% restocking fee for 8492NW products. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. DIY narrow trims (Webbing, Velcro, Zipper tape, etc), Clearance (gear and materials) and Garage Sale items are not eligible for return. If the items mentioned above are returned for some reason we will discard them and will not issue any refund.
7. If an order is being sent back without prior authorization they will be discarded and we cannot issue an refund.
8. Due to the nature of online shopping, we do not have a exchange program.
