We are a manufacturer, not a dealer or distributor. That means some items may need to be made to order.

Lead times are estimates, not on-the-dot expectations. Generally we tried to keep it within 2-14 business days during normal operational tempo or 30-45 business days during peaks.

We tried to avoid waste by making everything in batches so occassionally we do have things ready to ship. You can always email us to check on stocks.

In order to streamline the ordering process, we cannot accept custom requests. If you tried to make a request you will either get ignored or get a big firm NO. There is a fine line between actually wanting something done and purely wasting people's time so the days where we accomandate requests are long gone.

Your order's ship date will be dependent on the item that takes the longest to be made. Sometimes orders may go past the estimated lead times given below due to volume of orders. 

Holidays/Sales:

During any sales we offer, we will make every effort to get items shipped out as quickly as possible in their respective lead times, but dependent on volume of orders it may take longer.

***Combined Orders

Adding products that may not be in stock or need to be made will obviously slow your order's lead time down. Ordering a live inventory product and adding other items may slow the shipment of your order.
