Miniaturized admin pouch
Velcro version - Comes with rear hook backed Velcro tape for instant attachment on any soft/loop Velcro surfaces, or you can direct "hard" mounted on any carrier with 4 horizontal x 2 vertical rows of PALS with sewn-in soft Velcro by weaving the One Wrap straps.
V4 employ smaller seam allowances, increasing interior volume by about 30%. It also comes with a divider and a strip of soft Velcro for using aftermarket items holding attachments (shotgun shell holders strips, etc).
