Standard elastic webbing retention insert with Loop/Hook Velcro orientation for usage in Crye JPC 1.0 kangaroo flap, AVS Flat M4 Flap or other carrier with similar kangaroo layouts.
Fits 3 5.56 NATO magazines
The insert is 2" tall so it can fit inside the flap without having to remove the original elastic bands that are sewn on the inside
